SHIPPING & TRACKING:

How long does it take for me to get my bamboo from the time I order?

Usually, we prepare, package and ship your orders within 24 – 48 hours. We do not ship on Sundays or major holidays. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship all our plants which takes about 2-3 days to be delivered to your step. Tracking information will be sent to you electronically by the Post Office and buy automated Paypal shipping software.

I got my tracking number but the USPS website says my order is still in Los Angeles?

We create you labels electronically and the Post Office picks up the package from our store. The Post Office scanner will not scan your product until it gets to its destination or your home town Post Office. Your package is shipped from Los Angeles and east coast deliveries or rural areas may take up to 3 days to deliver.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:

I received my package today and the plant looks unhealthy. Its turning yellow and its wilting or wilted. Can I get a replacement?

I am planning an event (weddding, corporate event, party favors). Can I get a discount when I buy in bulk?
